      Return Policy

      We are happy to accept returns, and will issue store credit for the amount of the item(s). Please review our full return policy below.

      Returns are for store credit only! No refunds will be issued.

      We can not cancel an order once placed.

      We are not responsible for USPS delays. Shipment arrival time may take longer due to usps mandates.

      All returns/exchanges must be done within 10 days of order receipt.
      Items must be unwashed, unworn, free of scent, free of pet hair and with tags still attached. If items appear worn, has makeup or other stains, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
      Sale items, accessories, face masks and intimates are FINAL SALE and may not be returned for any reason.

      NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items, Discounts over 20%, Made to Order items, Jewelry, face masks, Intimates, And bras.

      Returning an AfterPay Order:

      If you return an order that was paid for through AfterPay, please know that your AfterPay payments will continue as they were originally scheduled. The store credit amount you are issued for your return has nothing to do with AfterPay, it's only applicable to items within our store and your credit amount will not be taken off of your AfterPay payment amount.

       Shoe Returns

      Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible. If there is any damage to the shoebox, your return will not be accepted.
      Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. Please contact themagnoliacollective@yahoo.com for assistance.

      How To Return Merchandise 

      1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted and additional postage will be paid to have them returned to you.

      2. Place unwanted merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with original invoice included.
